Target has updated their coupon policy. Go HERE to view it.
The main change has to do with “BOGO”coupons and additional “cents off”coupons. You are no longer allowed to use an additional manufacturers “cents off”(like 50 cents off ___ ) coupon with a “Buy one get one free”coupon.
Considering their competitor Walmart has a VERY open coupon policy,this seems silly to me. It’s a bummer,but it is what it is!
I guess I got there just in time on tuesday before my store or cashier knew about this lol
so I paid $2.74 for all 4,I was very happy 
I took advantage of the degree deo. promotion getting the bodymist for free. I got 2 degree deo. (with 2 bodymist free) and I used a BOGO coupon along with a $.75 off 1 degree deo.
